Warranty

Autovalet support their newly-installed systems with a comprehensive 12 months' parts exchange warranty comprising:

- Full training of property engineers at the time of installation
- Loan of a full set of field spare parts*
- Six-monthly preventive maintenance visits
- Telephone support for equipment faults
- Dial-in and telephone support for software
- Free updates of URM software during the warranty period

The field spare parts kits contains a replacement for every major critical component - including motors and boards.

* European installations enjoy separate benefits.

Operator Training

At the time of installation, all available operators will be trained in the use of each part of the Autovalet system, including its comprehensive URM software. Training is tailored to the size of the installation. Warranty and Service Contract customers can arrange additional training at no cost during preventive maintenance visits.

Service Contracts

Any existing Autovalet system can be supported by an annual contract which provides a similar range of benefits and services to those available in the warranty period. Please contact us for a quotation tailored to your installation.

Parts

Replacement parts are readily available for all Autovalet models. You can use the download section to obtain a price list for commonly used parts and consumables. For other parts, please contact us with details of the machine model and the part number if known.
